Late in the afternoon last Sunday, Hubby and I had our weekly bonding at Samseong-dong, a neighborhood in Gangnam District. This part of Seoul has a large concentration of shopping malls and world-renowned hotels. We chose to park at Bongeunsa, a Buddhist temple located on the slope of Mount Sudo across the street from Starfield COEX Mall. The parking rate is cheaper compared to other parking lots in the area and it is situated on the ground floor which makes it more accessible.
We headed to The Place, an Italian restaurant located inside COEX Mall for an early dinner. It was our first time to try the bomba pizza which the restaurant is famous for. Since it wasn’t peak hour, our orders arrived quite fast.
After our meal, we went to Byeol Madang Library for our monthly financial meeting. We spent more than an hour sorting receipts and listing all the expenses for the month.
Our next stop was Ronnefeldt teahouse located at the ground floor of COEX. Ronnefeldt is one of the leading brands of high-quality tea and can be found in many of the world’s finest hotels, restaurants and other hospitality and catering businesses.
Finally it was time to head home. We went back to Bongeunsa Temple where we parked and took some photos of the lanterns.
